STEP 1 - LIFT ENGINEER
Careful Planning and Detailed Engineering before Project Commencement ensured a successful outcome
STEP 2 - TRANSPORT
Transport of All Major Truss Components to Paint Yard and onto site.
STEP 3 - ROLL TRUSS
Roll Truss over Ready for Final Assembly
STEP 4 - DECONSTRUCTION
Done in 2 Stages:
1. Remove the head
2. Lift out the main truss
STEP 5 - TRANSPORT TO SCRAP
Load redundant Stacker onto 18 axle trailer and move to site scrap yard
STEP 6 - NEW TRUSS MOVE
Load new truss onto 18 axle trailer and move to erection pad.
STEP 7 - ERECTION
Finally ... Lift the new Stacker into position!
