ECR is committed to quality service. We have implemented a quality management system that is certified to ISO 9001. Ensuring the highest of standards we place on our fleet and people, ECR employ a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to oversee our internal and external processes, ensuring seamless operational and project work with minimal risk of accident or injury.

Internal auditing of the quality management system ensures the highest level of compliance.

All relevant mobile plant and equipment are inspected by certified authorities to comply with Workplace Health and Safety Requirements. ECR’s modern fleet of mobile plant and equipment are maintained and serviced by ECR’s qualified team of mechanics to uphold a consistent quality of service that is delivered to our customers.

To achieve this objective, and to strengthen and extend our market position, we must all continually strive to provide the highest possible quality of product and service in all aspects of our business, commensurate with customer’s needs.

The purpose of the ECR Groups Quality Manual is to describe how our quality assurance is put into effect, and in conjunction with the process maps and operations manual give instructions and guidance to employees and to provide an illustration of the overall Quality endeavour.

This manual is authorised by the under noted and the implementation of the procedures described and refereed to is Mandatory. The Quality Manger who has the authority to make decisions on all Quality Management matters shall administrate the manual and Quality assurance policy.
